Litigation Co-Counsel Arrangements, Consulting and Expert Testimony

We are available to come in and assist as co-counsel during litigation. We sometimes make limited appearances to handle large discovery disputes, fraud on the court, or sanctions issues. We can assist as counsel in getting a case ready for trial or trying the case itself. We can consult on all of these issues instead of appearing as counsel. We can provide expert testimony on everything from statutory or contractual attorney’s fees entitlement or quantum, insurance policy interpretation, to bad faith litigation tactics and litigation and trial procedures.
