Cheryl L. Riess began practicing law in 1987 out of her own firm in New York which focused its practice on plaintiff's legal malpractice claims. She became a member of the Florida bar in 2004 and worked in insurance defense before joining Mintz Truppman, P.A., where she now handles first-party claims and bad faith actions against insurance companies.
