Adrian Neiman Arkin is a Senior Associate at Mintz Truppman, P.A. in North Miami.   An attorney since 1999 (UM Law), she primarily represents persons, condominiums, and commercial enterprises in actions for the wrongful denial of insurance benefits against insurance companies, and seriously injured victims of negligence.   At Mintz Truppman, P.A. she handles complex civil litigation matters including insurance coverage disputes, allegations of Florida's RICO Act, Florida's deceptive and unfair trade practices Act, and declaratory judgment actions.   She is a member of the following associations: Florida Bar (1999); Southern District Court of Florida (2005);  Florida Bar Grievance Committee Member [Chairwoman] (2005-2008) Florida Justice Association (Insurance Section); Miami-Dade County Bar Association (Judicial Outreach Committee); Florida Association of Women Lawyers; North-Dade Bar Association; Lawyers for Children America; Member of Housing Opportunity Project for Excellence (HOPE); American Bar Association; American Trial Lawyers Association(Insurance Division); Anti-Defamation League (Civil Rights Division, Recipient of Steinberg Institute Scholarship 2000-2001); WIND Network; Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (Attorney Member).
